2013 Registration Rates
Please note that the member rate is offered to all organizations that have paid their FY13 membership dues prior to the Conference. In the event that your organization’s dues have not been paid by the Conference, please be sure that your organization has either issued a purchase order or has initiated an installment plan to pay the dues. Please note that January 8, 2013 is the deadline for early, discounted registrations. Registration closes on February 1st.
The meeting registration fee covers the following meals:
Sunday: Snacks and Dinner
If you would like to bring a guest to the Sunday Networking Dinner, you may do so at the cost of $60/person. If you are registering for the meeting, you do not have to register yourself for the dinner.
Refunds: Requests for full refunds must be submitted in writing by mail, email or fax to Nancy Siegal, Director of Finance and Administration ( firstname.lastname@example.org) by January 25th. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after January 25. No refunds will be granted due to weather-related events.
