Please note that the member rate is offered to all organizations that have paid their FY14 membership dues prior to the Conference. In the event that your organization’s dues have not been paid by the Conference, please be sure that your organization has either issued a purchase order or has initiated an installment plan to pay the dues. If you are not sure of your organization’s status, please contact Carol Huls at 202-737-6272 or

Please note that Tuesday, December 31st is the deadline for early, discounted registrations. Registration closes on January 24th. 

For sponsors and Corpsmembers of the Year, you do not need to pay for registrations, but will need to contact The Corps Network for further instruction. The Education Award and Opportunity Youth Service Initiative grant programs are also subsidizing the conference registrations for some of their participants. Please contact your program officer for more information.

The meeting registration fee covers the following meals:

Sunday: Snacks and Dinner
Monday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks
Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Union Station Reception (evening)
Wednesday: Capitol Hill Awards Breakfast

If you would like to bring a guest to the Sunday Networking Dinner, you may do so at the cost of $60/person. If you are registering for the meeting, you do not have to register yourself for the dinner.

TCN Polo Shirt Sale: This year The Corps Network is offering you with the opportunity to purchase a polo shirt with The Corps Network logo when you register for our 2014 National Conference. We will have the shirts ready for you when you arrive in Washington DC this February.

Refunds: Requests for full refunds must be submitted in writing by mail, email or fax to Nancy Siegal, Director of Finance and Administration ( by January 24th. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after January 24th. No refunds will be granted due to weather-related events.
