Support the Youth Corps Act of 2010! TheYouth Corps Act has been introduced in the House (HR 5376) by Congressman Rob Andrews (D-NJ)

and in the Senate (S 3178) by Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and The Corps Network really needs your help!

 

  Urge your senators and members of Congress to sign onto the bills as sponsors.

 

 

 The Youth Corps Act would amend the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) to establish a competitive grant program to assist states and local communities in replicating and expanding Youth Corps. More broadly, it would place Corps as a key solution in addressing rampant youth unemployment.

 

Corps work in communities all across America, and now is the time to make your voices heard by throughout Congress!Corps are the real constituents of Congress, and telling your Representative or Senator how this bill will affect your Corps is the most effective tool in our arsenal.
